I've purchased some refilled inkjet cartridges from them and put them in my HP printers... long and short of it is I had 2 printers go bad within a year and always when these refills were in them. HP does not cover the use of non-HP printer supplies under warranty - ouch. Then in late December I purchased a new Canon laser printer from Cartridge world in Omaha and they told me if I had any issues with it within one year I could take it to them here where I purchased it and get it repaired, or replaced for 1 year. I have been using these guys for the past 7 or 8 years. I have not one time had any issues with Cartridge World. I have always got better prices then anywhere else and often the delivery my merchandise directly to me. I can't say enough positive things about Cartridge World and the employees that work there.
