Owners Rafael Guerra and his sons operate with integrity and hearts of service. When I needed ink for my older printer, they responded quickly and efficiently and made sure I received what I needed in a timely manner. They cared about my needs and listened to my concerns. I'd love to see them own and operate other types of franchises because they will do a great job in whatever businesses they choose to own.

So let me tell you about what I experienced while visiting Cartridge world. I needed new ink for my HP printer that was purchased about two months ago. So I happened to be driving past and seen this place (I was headed to Target to buy some initially) I stopped and purchased two one color, one black. I get home and removed the old cartridges and placed the new ones in. They didn't work. I loved the woman in the store she was so nice and the cartridge was way cheaper than the store and great quality!! I can tell no difference in quality but big difference in my pocket! I even got some Christian resources for an outreach program I have for free! What a wonderful place!
