Great place. I get all my cartridges from here and have never had a problem. All the staff are friendly as well. Would definitely recommend! And theirs nothing wrong with Rachel! Great gal
Rude Racheal needs a serious lesson in customer service skills. She blamed me in front of another customer for ruining a cartridge when it never worked to start with. She was short with me before we even got into a conversation. Get more sleep sweetie, your stress is showing. Saginaw or Midland stores from now on!
