The WORST customer service I've received in ages. Neither cartridge I bought (for over $50) worked. When I came back to replace them, they didn't apologize, said they send those out to be refilled. Then wouldn't replace the other at all because it was damaged! Tried with these guys for years, but this is the last straw. Getting my ink shipped to me from now on.
Terrible customer service!!! The cartridges I purchased didn’t work and they didn’t have what I needed in stock both times I went in. How do they not have black cartridges?! Horrible experience. Wont be back.

I have had great experience. Laser toner cartridges are expensive, and the toner cartridges here have lasted as long as OEM for a much lower price. I get good advice about which cartridges to get (varying capacity options for some printers). The service has been great, even delivering our business cartridges.
