I have been using Cartridge World since they opened in 2004. Always dependable service and great prices. They helped me select a printer that was better for my business than the one we had been using.
Great Customer Service – We had a problem with a bad cartridge + an important deadline ... we showed up at the door as they were closing ... not only did he reopen for us but he replaced the bad cartridge (and we purchased another). Really appreciated the extra customer attention. I plan to continue to use them for my printer cartridge needs!
Impressed with their products and services! – My office used Cartridge World for the first time and I was impressed. In addition to good prices, the customer service was excellent. As we're a corporate account, they offer a delivery service... that's a real bonus! So far it's been working out so well I can't imagine going anywhere else!
