We bought a black toner cart for our Canon laser as a spare for $118. Threw it in and it was printing lines across the pages. We printed maybe 6-8 sheet trying to get it to clear, but had no luck. Figured I just got a bad cart and they would simply replace it. When I got to the Spokane Valley store the guy at the counter was really nice until I told him what had happened and asked could he just swap it out. This store rocks! 100% guarantee if you have any problems with their cartridges but I never do.

I bought refills for all 4 of my ink colors there, and the colors were totally wrong when they were printed. I needed a significant amount of gray on one page, and what was supposed to be gray was turned into an awful orange/brown color. The black ink started out bold, but then faded drastically all on the first page I printed, similar to an ombre effect. I was very unhappy with my purchase, but they were quick to refund my money without hassle.
