Unfriendly Customer Service "After going back to the store and advising the sales clerk that I had twice been sold empty HP61 ink cartridges, he laughed at me and said, "No you weren't". Wow. Nice. The first time it happened I was told they couldn't do anything about it because there was no sticker on the side showing when I bought it. I accepted that and I bought a new one as a back up. Great Quality and Great Service I have used Cartridge World for many years. I have always found there service to be outstanding and helpful. The staff knows there products. I have never had a problem with there cartridges compared to competitive cartridges I used. So Cartridge World is the only way to go
