There is often a wait for the refill--usually between 10 and 45 minutes, so I just drop off my order and run some errands nearby. The price is about half of retail. I'm pleased with the ink quality, but admit the cartridges do not seem as full as when new (don't last as long). Their customer service is top notch though! And they have a frequent buyer card.
