The first time shopping here was a bad experience but the second time shopping was a horrible experience. About a couple years ago, I purchased a set of ink cartridges for a Brother mfc-290c that I had owned. To my surprise, the black did not print at all. Barry from cartridge world in Mount Pleasant S.C told me over the phone that the heads needed cleaning and I should bring the printer in to let him check it out.
