I buy all my ink from this store, the owner is nice, he will find any cartridge you need and will stand behind any purchase. I bought a generic brand for my replacement, it wouldn't work in my printer and the owner refunded me my money and also found a different brand that did work properly.
I was a loyal customer to this store, I havent been by there since february because I buy in bulk. The customer service was great, the employees even remembered my name. Prices never changed. Well look out, Now everything has changed! The staff is terrible, the prices have gone up and my cartridge STILL doesnt work! Whatever happened to the 100 percent guarantee?? I will NEVER return to cartridge world. This store isn't even worth the one star rating.. They need a negative number rating for businesses like this.
