I usually really like this store. I called to see if they had I cartridge I needed and they of course did and said they would hold it for me. I drive to Washington from Sullivan get there before 5pm and they are closed. Website says 5:30pm. Not mad, just disappointed I wasted that fuel to go there.
Everyone at the Washington Cartridge World has been wonderful to work with. If there is a problem they are quick to resolve it. Our school office has been very happy with the service we have had over many years.

I love to deal with Ken et al at Cartridge world. I always get my toner cheaper than other places and on the rare occasion I do have a problem, they ALWAYS take care of me. I had an issue with my HP ColorLaserjet Printer and streaking. Ken drove all the way up to his other store (a 50 mile trip one way) to get me another one same day! That's service! Thanks Ken!
