I've Heard Mixed Reviews from Business Associates I admit that I have not personally used them, so you can feel free to ignore my review, but I have gotten multiple "word-of-mouth" reviews from people I know that have used them at their workplace. Typically, I hear that the customer service is good, but the refilled inks and toners can be rather "iffy". They are a huge worldwide franchise and they apparently guarantee their work, so that is good. As for me, I will stick with my current local supplier for now.
