This is the ONLY cartrige world I've even stepped foot into where the employees act like they are having play time at preeschool. The cashier would not sell me an ink when I did not have the old cartridge, unlike other cw's do, and instead explained to me his horrible business tactics: "I have them, but I can't sell them to you incase another customer comes in later today, and maybe they won't have their old cartrige.
