RecommendedWe were looking for ink for our Neopost postage meter because the ones from Neopost are so expensive and other compatibles we tried were not working. We tried Cartridge Pros and the ink cartridge is great quality! No problems at all. We did have a small billing issue and Shawn quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Their customer service is amazing! I highly recommend them!

Shout out to Shawn today!!! I had previously bought a toner/drum from Amazon and put it in my printer only to find out it didn't work at all. I had a job I needed to print today and deliver. I found Cartridge Pros online and Shawn helped me with what I needed. He even told me out to reset my printer!!! Came home popped the drum/toner in printer and my transcript printed perfectly!!! They are so helpful and just gained a new local customer!!!
