Good people. Ok for the most part- but if you're ignition interlock... Be careful. 1. One time after calibration, the tech couldn't put the panel back correctly. I told her that I was worried it would fall. She pushed it back and said it would be fine. It Fell on my brake pedal while I was driving on the highway a week later. 2. Called requesting quote on vinyl installation, showed up 20 minutes later at shop. Great service & fast work. Haze Line will return here for any of it's window needs.
I went to them to have a Smart Start put on my car on April 8th. Even though they had several customers, they were very helpful, and informative. They made an uncomfortable situation bearable. The only issue I had was with the device. While I was "training" to use the device, it violated me, obviously an error. Smart Lock refused to refund me for the violation, insisting that the device was working probably. So, loss of 1 star is actually against Smart Start, not Car Toys.
