Rosoff was my children's attorney, but I quickly realized that he was unprofessional and prejudiced, possibly even racist. Horrible!! David Rosoff represented my son in a custody hearing and was irresponsible in his words and actions. The worse lawyer I have ever encountered. Stay far away from this law firm.
I would give zero stars if possible. David literally walked out of custody hearing as I was fighting for my children because I wouldn’t pay him an obscene premium. He is not considered with fighting for you or your childrens rights. He’s business plan is to eat up your retainer and ask for more money. He was to be appointed by the judge, but then he could not accept retainer. So, he tried bullying me into money before the hearing. When I refused, he walked out and left me unrepresented. Well, Atticus Finch wasn't available, but I found Dave Rosoff to be the next best thing. They say cheap work is not good and good work is not cheap. Yes, I had to dig a little deeper than I expected to cover the initial retainer, but you can't argue with results. It was worth every penny I spent to win. David is not loud or dramatic. I watched his understated logic win one argument after another throughout my 3 year custody battle. He is subtle and wise.
