Finally made it to Carton after years of having their beer on tap at various bars and restaurants. Great location on the Highlands, cozy tasting room, friendly staff, and the beer tastes even better fresh at the brewery
I love the flight cards are called convo cards. For people that aren't familiar with the styles or how they are done, the bartender explained them well to other patrons. He was also impressed with my choices in my convo card considering I didn't load it up with IPAs the way most do. I judge breweries on lagers and pilsners. You cant hide failure in those styles. 🤷♂️just saying.
