I love Cartier's and all their staff. I have been going there for years & have always been satisfied. Their colorists/stylists are wonderful, their hair products are amazing. If you communicate to them they listen. Pat G
If you don't want to "settle" when it comes to your hair - go to CartiersI can only speak from experience on my hairdesigner, Luis (although it seems they all do fine work). Luis listens and considers your options from his professional perspective. If what you want is doable (and flattering) he will make it happen.
