The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure to ensure that I had a wonderful experience while shopping for luxury items. My sale concierge was patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to find my ring size and showing me all the available bracelets. They also recommended the ones that would be most suitable for my wife.
I visited this store with my family and was shocked by the way we were treated. From the moment we walked in, the security guard, Bryan, didn’t greet us and instead chose to follow us around the entire store — something he didn’t do with other customers. It felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sales associate, Jennifer, was incredibly rude and dismissive.
