I visited this store with my family and was shocked by the way we were treated. From the moment we walked in, the security guard, Bryan, didn’t greet us and instead chose to follow us around the entire store — something he didn’t do with other customers. It felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sales associate, Jennifer, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had an excellent experience at Cartier. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable—personalized attention, professionalism, and great courtesy. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the quality of the product is simply exceptional. A special purchase I’ll always remember fondly.

WORST LOCATION. Skip Cartier if you are live here or visiting. Bought a 5k ring in October the experience was not exciting nor welcoming like other locations I’ve visited. Took the ring back next day to get a smaller size. They didn’t have it in stock and said they get new shipments weekly or every two weeks & that they’d call back next week.
