I visited this location on July 22nd to purchase an alligator strap for my Santos de Cartier. They assured me that it would arrive relatively quickly, but it’s been a month and a half since then, and I still haven’t received the straps or any updates. Despite calling several times, I’ve never received a callback. I’ve lost interest in this matter and would like to request a refund. The service at the Palm Beach location is much better. Update: issue rectified.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Cartier Aventura. Jesús was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He made the entire experience feel effortless and personal, and he is honestly a big reason I’ll be coming back to this location. Exceptional service. Thank you, Jesús!
