Good store
We came to the store to pick out an anniversary gift for me. There were no other customers inside, and a few consultants were just standing around with no interest in helping us. When someone finally approached and asked what we were looking for, the associate showed us around the displays without offering much — she only took out rings when we specifically asked. Peor tienda de Cartier, compré una pulsera talla 15 y quise cambiarla por una talla 16 después de dos días, y me dijeron que tenía un rallon, leyendo los comentarios veo que no soy la única, vayan a Boca Ratón o Bal Harbour o inclusive mejor compren en línea directamente a Cartier. I had an appointment scheduled for today and I show up on time after driving for an hour only to see a locked door with a handwritten note saying “closed” Now this is number one in not caring for your customers They were able to send me an email to confirm my appointment 2 days ago to make sure I would be there but they’re unable to call, text or email me to let me know they would be closed
