Top quality service! Maritza greeted me at the door and helped me pick out an anniversary gift. Herself, along with other staff, members eagerly offered me beverages and comfort. They even brought a water bowl for my dog. My purchase was wrapped like a gift and everything is of best quality. Premium experience for premium apparel. September 23rd, 2025.
Staff was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. No greeting, no offering information, just did the typical "follow you around because you dont look like you belong here". Lady was on her phone and said not one word, just followed behind us. A brand only gets you so far, the service makes the deal/sale.
I boughr a Watch about 2 years ago and took it to the store to reduce the bracelet all was ok. I decides to go back since a saw a small scratxh on the face of the Watch . When i was on the store i was immediately dismissed and sent to the store in NYC . They didn’t even look at the watch to see if maybe it could be buffed. Very disappointed I was thinking on buying the same watch for my wife but defiantly looking for another brand.
Terrible management and poor quality. They sell items with damages, pass them off as new, and refuse returns once you notice. This brand’s quality has gone downhill—check carefully before buying. Definitely not worth the risk.
Horrible customer service experience at Cartier Aventura Mall. I walked in intending to purchase a specific watch and asked an associate to assist me. I was told to wait, and after 30 minutes no one followed up. Instead, several associates were chatting among themselves and ignoring customers. Dayana was the only person who initially asked if I needed anything, but after I told her I was ready, she left and never returned. There was no acknowledgment or effort to provide proper service.
