Boris is incredible. I have shopped at Cartier in NYC and Dallas, and Boris in Aventura Florida is the absolute best. He is exactly what I expect a Cartier brand ambassador/representative to be. He takes great care of you, makes things quick and easy, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He elevates the brand and the overall experience.
Very disappointed with Cartier’s after-sales service. I had to bring the same item in for repairs twice in less than a year, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand. The customer support and overall handling of the situation were far below expectations. I expected much better quality and service from Cartier.
