I got a nice watch for my birthday and Shiva help me alot for choosing the right watch and she did a wonderful memory for my birthday 🥹🩷 I had a very very nice experience with her.

Shiva provided such a wonderful experience at Cartier. She has a warm and friendly personality that made me feel very comfortable. Even though I had an issue with a bag purchased from a different store, she handled it quickly and with great care. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with her.
Shiva was exceptional in assisting us with a watch purchase. She was super patient and made us feel super comfortable in making purchases. My fiance was slightly rushing the decision, trying to respect Shiva's time in assisting us but Shiva assured us to spend as much time needed in order to make a decision we won't regret. This really built confidence in selecting our piece. She went above and beyond, making us want to shop there moving forward.
