Riddled with cockroaches
I just came across some paperwork from the past where I lived in this apartment complex in 2011. We had a horrible experience ,our apartment was infested with bed bugs ,,next day we were bitten severely. The owner Mr.Thompson is most crooked human being we ever encountered,,I do not write review but this one deserves attention and I would not give any star but I could not get to review section. BEWARE OF CARTIE APARTMENTS AND THEIR SHADY dealings!!!!!!
