I am currently helping my Mom take her husband who has been diagnosed with cancer for radiation and chemotherapy. CARTI having this center is a saving grace!! The staff are AMAZING and so respectful!! Thank you guys for all that you do!!❤️
PCP sent request for ultrasound guided biopsy on Wednesday. On Friday I called to see what hold up for appointment was. Very Rude and unpleasant “Regina”. Even transferred me. Hung up on me. When I called back to report her behavior she called my cell and had a totally different attitude. On Monday another lady called to schedule appointment 3 weeks out and again was not friendly. My appointment here was so smooth. Greeted with a smile, treated with kindness amd compassion by Ashley, and they were ON TIME. Thankful I chose this location. Thank you all.
I've had my appointment at 2:30pm today. I must that I love them! The staff are so lovely and 100 percent professional! I had an awesome experience and I can't wait to see them again next week for my second appointment on September 11, 2024 at 3:00p.m.! I'm so excited! 💙💙💙
