I recently visited the Carti Breast Cancer Center to have a 2nd opinion after receiving some alarming and inconclusive imaging results from a local imaging center. Dr. Smith-Foley and her team of nurses and staff were amazing! I went in for a mammogram and breast ultrasound, which quickly turned into a mammogram with contrast. Billing is horrible! I received a bill that stated Final Notice, and it was my first time receiving the bill. I paid the bill in full last month. Now I have received a bill that states, "Collection Notice." This is my first time receiving this bill. My insurance company spoke with the billing department last month and was told I did not owe anything else. Now this out of the blue. I have also met my out-of-pocket limit. I hope no one ever has to go here but if you do the care is TOP NOTCH!! EVERY Dr I have seen has been fantastic Ive never had to wait a long time either. If you or a loved one ever has Cancer this is the best place!
