Last year despite being on a payment plan my payments weren't recorded right. I quit going for treatment. Carti called me back and said it was a mistake. Now a year later it happened again. Despite signing a payment agreement. Despite making payments now I got a call from them. They said we had no arrangement for automatic payments and carti...if you are refusing my automatic payments you are refusing to be paid and I dont owe you. I've been in health care for many years as an RN and one thing that has always bothers me is how often calls go unreturned and patient concerns are dismissed. It fries me. I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and chose CARTI as my caretaker. And I have been overwhelmed at the level of care I have received.
