Billing is horrible! I received a bill that stated Final Notice, and it was my first time receiving the bill. I paid the bill in full last month. Now I have received a bill that states, "Collection Notice." This is my first time receiving this bill. I hope no one ever has to go here but if you do the care is TOP NOTCH!! EVERY Dr I have seen has been fantastic Ive never had to wait a long time either. If you or a loved one ever has Cancer this is the best place!
Nobody wants to need a cancer center. But for those who do, CARTI is a special place. Currently, my wife goes there three times a week. Her treatments began over one year ago. Everyone treats us with care and concern. My wife has been blessed to have Dr. Grace Raja as her oncologist. We believe she receives top-tier care from people who genuinely enjoy helping and serving others.
I've been in health care for many years as an RN and I've thing that has always bothers me is how often calls go unreturned and patient concerns are dismissed. It fries me. I was recent diagnosed with a brain tumor and chose CARTI as my caretaker. And I have been overwhelmed at the level of care I have received.
