Billing is horrible! I received a bill that stated Final Notice, and it was my first time receiving the bill. I paid the bill in full last month. Now I have received a bill that states, "Collection Notice." This is my first time receiving this bill. My insurance company spoke with the billing department last month and was told I did not owe anything else. Now this out of the blue. I have also met my out-of-pocket limit. How can you ruin someone's credit with wrong information.
