I have been a client of this clinic for many years, and I am very disappointed with the recent changes in policy and communication. My pet was prescribed prescription food for life, and when I called to obtain the prescription so I could order the food, I was told I would have to pay a $15 fee. Initially, I was told the fee was for the clinic “reaching out to the company” or emailing me the prescription, even though both the company and I were the ones contacting the clinic.
