Awesome customer service! I cut a tire, and they got me fixed up! The young lady working was very sweet. They did a great job!
Was told 45 min...3 hours later they when they look at the tire they tell me they don't have one. No consideration of other people's time
Took my car in on the day of my appointment, left it there OVER the time that was scheduled for it to be picked up(8:30am-2:45pm). Get there to pick it up and was told they didn’t get to my vehicle. I stated that I was confused as too why because I MADE an appointment. I was told “And your exactly right BUT there was a truck stuck” so not only did they inconvenience me and skip my appointment, no one had the decency to call and let me know that they would not be getting to my vehicle. Kept my car from open to close, didnt even look at it til "sometime after 2" fixed NOTHING and charged me $100 anyway. Never again.
