How many great reviews do I get to leave for CST? Do they take time to get to my vehicle before they can look at it ofcourse. There are more customers than me. They have always done amazing work every time I need work done. They are honest and always a pleasure to talk to. I am greatful that Carthage has a great mechanic shop. Awesome customer service! I cut a tire, and they got me fixed up! The young lady working was very sweet. They did a great job!
Took my car in on the day of my appointment, left it there OVER the time that was scheduled for it to be picked up(8:30am-2:45pm). Get there to pick it up and was told they didn’t get to my vehicle. I stated that I was confused as too why because I MADE an appointment. I was told “And your exactly right BUT there was a truck stuck” so not only did they inconvenience me and skip my appointment, no one had the decency to call and let me know that they would not be getting to my vehicle. Great customer service. I came in without an appointment and they squeezed me in in just a few minutes. My repairs took less than an hour and I was on my way. Fast and friendly. I had purchased a set of new tires previously and would definitely recommend the Carthage location for any tire needs
Was coming through Carthage and had a blow out. My jack was missing a piece to it and I was out of options. I called this business and they showed up 15 minutes later to help me. Super nice and friendly. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call!
