Other than the front desk lady they are worthless. Files a claim for a broken pipe I found in my walls that was so bad I had to tear the floors up so I could see the dirt under my house and replace everything. They would not pay for anything because they said that it was an ongoing problem that I didn't fix. Yes it was obviously ongoing, but I didn't know about it until I found it.
