OK so this is my second review of this company. Carthage Heating and Air has done a excellent job in the work they have performed. The issue I have is the equipment from the manufacturer. A brand spanking new AC until was installed in May of 2022. Here it is a little more than 3 years later and they have to replace parts. I'll say it again it is a manufacturer problem, of failed equipment. Anyway, the technician and his assistant came out, performed the service work with no issues. Eli came out to my house to take a look at my AC unit. He found the problem was a bad fan motor and kept looking to verify there were no other issues at all. Very nice, down to earth, and wants to make sure he does the job right and explained everything to me in terms that make sense. Highly recommend!
Elias is the best! He is trustworthy and proficient in the HVAC trade.
Very prompt service. My heat went out yesterday and Eli was here the next day and got me going Thank you so much Carthage Heating and Air. It’s nice to have someone I can depend on.
