Eli and Jeff were great! Eli was willing to answer any questions or concerns and answered the phone when I called. Unfortunately, my Mom’s unit wasn’t installed correctly by the builder’s a/c man 😡 so she had to have a replacement. Eli mad the stressful process for her in the extreme heat much more bearable! Would definitely recommend them!
My AC wasnt working. Eli diagnosed the issue, and fixed it by swapping out the broken part. He was extremely informative, walking me through exactly what was wrong and what was needed to get it fixed. Professional, honest, and great workmanship.
I can't begin to speak highly enough about Eli and his crew. The easy part is he was priced fair and was able to work us in and do a complete overhaul and install relatively quick. What's easy to overlook unless you do business with him is his attentiveness. He took the time to actually listen to our concerns and provided valuable feedback and solutions to our problems compared to some of the regurgitated responses we'd heard from a competitor. OK so this is my second review of this company. Carthage Heating and Air has done a excellent job in the work they have performed. The issue I have is the equipment from the manufacturer. A brand spanking new AC until was installed in May of 2022. Here it is a little more than 3 years later and they have to replace parts. I'll say it again it is a manufacturer problem, of failed equipment. Anyway, the technician and his assistant came out, performed the service work with no issues. Eli came out to my house to take a look at my AC unit. He found the problem was a bad fan motor and kept looking to verify there were no other issues at all. Very nice, down to earth, and wants to make sure he does the job right and explained everything to me in terms that make sense. Highly recommend!
