Since I started going here over a year ago Debbie has tripled the space and the equipment. The price per month is extremely reasonable, and it's nice to not have to drive all the way to Southern Pines or Vass. The place is always kept clean and most of the members are respectful of the equipment, rerack their weights, and wipe down the equipment. Thank you Debbie!
New to the area and very happy to have found this great gym right in town. Has everything I need, have never seen it over crowded, it’s very clean and the owner is very nice. Great price too!
