Everyone has been so great with both of my children! Very accommodating, informative, friendly, as well as professional!
I made an appointment with them for Thursday morning at 910am. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes and watched two other people that came in 15 minutes after me get called to get service. If you were running behind or something I think you should update your clients.
