I made an appointment with them for Thursday morning at 910am. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes and watched two other people that came in 15 minutes after me get called to get service. If you were running behind or something I think you should update your clients.

Fantastic care!! Painless adjustments & quality care is what you'll receive in this office. They provide lots of various services in addition to chiropractic, such as foot scanning to help with gait issues & supplements to close your nutritional gaps. Did I mention they have complimentary snacks and drawings for great prizes? Love this office!
I’m very upset about my appointment with Melanie Cripps at 10 am today. They made me wait in one of the rooms for 45 min, no one even came to say sorry for the delay, which made me think that it is normal practice for them . When I finally felt like I was done waiting I decided it was time to leave, someone showed up to say that they don’t even take Blue Care insurance. I can’t say enough good things about Carthage Family Chiro. I started going because of tingling/numbness in my leg & pain in my foot due to plantar fasciitis. I’m so happy to say that between Dr. Emily’s adjustments & Lauren’s light therapy, I am no longer having either issue. I truly look forward to my appointments. Everyone is very welcoming & friendly.
