I moved to Hope Mills, NC and called in advance to obtain pricing for my son's cat, Luna, to be spayed prior to driving over an hour from my home. I was given a verbal price over the phone: $48 for an exam and $150- $200 for the spay depending on what had to be done. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would, and here’s why. I was taking all of my animals including my Great Dane, Sulley, to Carthage Animal Hospital until recently. I had chosen that vet due to his breeder and many blood relatives of his lineage were patients there as well. His breeder also highly recommended them. My Great Dane presented with excessive vomiting although still had an appetite, fever weight loss, and decreased alertness the day after his neuter stitches were removed. Excellent animal hospital. Responded well with my animals and offered options. I saw them handle an emergency that came in quickly. I felt I was treated personably. Has a reputation of being reasonable with prices. I tell all my friends about this place.

Excellent facility. Kind, caring, courteous staff. Very clean. I would high recommend this animal clinic.
Recently moved to the area with my 17 year old poodle who was in failing health. When it became apparent my poodle was in distress I called this animal hospital for the first time. Having not been a client previously, they still asked me to come in asap with no appointment. Even though the outcome was not happy, My dog and I received the most compassionate care and expertise from ALL the hospitals personnel. Will be returning with a new puppy.
