Recently , Kyle and his apprentice did a large repair to my AC system . My family was important enough to receive a window unit in order to keep us comfortable during the process . The entire disruption took several days to complete . My wife ( who m is very ill ) was able to make it through the ordeal without any problems to her health . Thank you very much for your consideration and empathy !!!!
Carthage Air came in clutch when I needed them to. Thanks to Kyle, for keeping our old system afloat, until we got an all new system. He did a fantastic job. I had a consult with Joe, he explained everything very simply to me he answered all my questions before I could ask. Very knowledgeable. New to the area, we called Carthage with cooling issues. Once they heard my husband has a lung condition and cool air is critical to his breathing they were quick to respond! Its good to know that there is a company we can rely on in situations when we need them! I will definitely recommend them to everyone! The technicians were friendly and very helpful!
