A/C went out on a hot Saturday today at 5:30pm. Called the Company who installed it. See you Tuesday they said. So I Called Carthage Air. Cody Lake got us up & cooling. In less than 90 minutes. Best service ever & will use them in the future. Thank you Cody & Carthage Air.

Carthage Air is an awesome Company to deal with. Xavier came within an hour of our call. He figured out the problem why the AC didn't work. He gave us 2 window units to use to get us through the hottest week of the year! Kyle came out and gave us all our options and went over everything with us. We went with a new unit. Our air conditioner went out in the late evening when I contacted Kyle he offered to have someone come out immediately, but I told him the next day would be fine. They made it before lunch the following day and had our unit up and running again in less than 30 minutes we’ve always gotten great Professional service From Carthage Air And Kyle!
