The Technician that serviced our two Carts this week was Chris. Absolutely the most thorough annual maintenance that these carts have ever received. (i.e. I did not even know that wheel camber alignment could be adjusted for uneven tire wear, Chris fixed it.) CartFixer comes to your house and is more economical than the Dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
Honest, quick, and knows what he’s doing After another company tried to sell me a $585 “converter” I didn’t need, this guy came out, checked everything calmly, and found the real issue in minutes — just a blown fuse. He could have easily gone along with the other diagnosis, but he didn’t. He was honest, professional, and fair from start to finish. My wife & I bought a 2022 Yamaha Quietech Drive 2 from a local dealer (outside of The Villages) and the cart died on us on the first drive home. Stress!! As we were working phone calls to the dealer to get a tow and service the cart, Michael drove by and stopped. He wasn't pushy to sell us service and seemed to genuinely want to help. We let him take a look at our cart and within 5 minutes he had a blown fuse swapped out and we were up and running again.
