he came charged 105.00 to look at our golf cart. said the controller was no good, he would rebuild one at his shop. 30 days later no phone call or any contact. he said 10 days to 2 weeks. called him he said unable to schedule but would call back later 3 days later I called and canceled his service. another company is coming out for no charge and gave an estimate for half his cost. Buyer beware cost me a wasted 105.00 but he is no business man
Excellent service. I was having a problem with my cart squealing badly. Called in my regular service contractor. They came on a Monday and failed to solve the issue. Called Cartfixer on Tuesday. Wed morning by 9:30am all the issues with my golf cart were resolved including issues I wasn't aware of with the brakes making noise. Excellent service. I highly recommend them. They are now my choice for all service to my golf cart.
I contacted Cartfixer to address an issue with my golf cart. Mike was able to schedule the appointment within a few days. He arrived, took the cart for a quick spin and immediately knew what needed fixing. He was genuine, fixed it quickly and was on his way. Cartfixer is an excellent service provider. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
