I went to the Carterville location several times; I never had an issue until this past April 2023. I checked in and one of the young employee's pulled my vehicle around to the garage area. I did not realize until a later date that my sister's prescription medication for after her Chemo treatment was missing out of my vehicle. I take her to St. Louis every 4 months for intense Chemotherapy. She is very sick after, and when she went to retrieve her medication, it was gone. No one else is ever in my vehicle.
