Went there on a referral and was pleasantly surprised . Jason was respectful, and very knowledgeable . They did everything I asked and were honest and fair. Good fast service. Will go back and will recommend to others.
Thought I found a trustworthy shop when they did my brakes earlier this year. (I had price shopped around before bringing to them). Had to replace a bad part recently and was charged $250 for a $90 part. Too bad I checked after the fact. Expensive lesson learned after being ripped off. Just do your homework before as the work they do seems pretty good.
I would not trust any other place in Cartersville to do any kind of work on my car except Cartersville Muffler Shop. The staff and work is the best around.
