Top tier service, highly recommend
We are on vacation in NZ but woke up to a flat tire on our rental car. K M Motors was called to change the tire (we had no jack), and they recommended Carter’s for the tire repair. Unfortunately the tire needed to be replaced (sidewall damage), but they were able to replace it immediately. No waiting, extremely quick service. And reasonably priced. We were back on the road quickly.
Bad experience for doing wheel alignment with wrong model specifications and never take responsibility for it since the new tires was wasted after just 1 year of use. We accept mistakes but we can’t take bad service, bad skill and bad attitude.
We only go to Carters for tyres, wonderful service
