I recently signed up with this company through Community Care Inc with my case manager. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I did ride with Lathea myself she is so sweet, caring and she helped me to and from my door with a walker. The vehicles are clean, tidy, and she has face masks. After my appointment she answered and was realistic about the wait time. I returned home safe. I will continue my rides with Carters, and she said she will be opening an adult day program soon! Great Job!

I've been trying to get my mom transportation for day program for over 4 mos. The Admin/owner not sure what her position is but Lathea has no sense of urgency, doesn't call you back to update you, you gotta keep calling for her to act slow & keep asking you for the same info over & over, called with the case worker to give her the info & I'm still waiting on a call from her but I won't be using them EVER! I called today about transportation to country springs for my family size of 12. The lady answered took down my info said she would call me back in 6mins with a estimate. A hour went by no call back i called back several times no answer left a voicemail too no response. I told her this was important so i will not recommend this company. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Reliable on time and professional!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!
