Carter's was very quick to go through my friend's taxes. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The hours on Yellow Pages are wrong, however. Correct business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.
