We wanted great food for dinner and Carter’s Table did not disappoint. We got the Chinese five spice quesadilla, rice, and pork tacos. No complaints just good. The staff was also great and patient with all of our questions. Although we hadn’t been to their restaurant before, we have had Carter’s catering and it’s just as divine. Keep this on your list for a great meal or your catering needs.
2026 edit: passed through town for work and had one meal. This will always be my choice. My favorite restaurant in State College. Local guy who started at the farmers market and got a storefront. If you are looking for an affordable meal where you can taste the passion, put this in your GPS right now (bring quarters for parking) Been here twice since they opened. Great, unique tacos. Other options are great as well
I've been coming here for 3 years. It is literally the only place I will get tacos/quesadillas from in the surrounding area. Service is so friendly, food is always fresh and delicious. If you haven't been get your butt there because the buffalo chicken quesadillas are to die for.
Had the 3 brisket tacos on 7/29 and they were OUTSTANDING. Plenty of brisket in each one and the quality was top notch. Bravo! 🫡
