Ryan is always the first person I think of when I need anything done on my car. He is loyal and trustworthy, and he gets the job done quickly and correct the first time! It’s a rare thing to find a mechanic of his magnitude. I drive over an hour to see him, and I’ve been using him for 7+ years. Thanks for always keeping my family safe in our vehicle!

My A/C completely shut down and I was in and out of Carter’s very fast. Super friendly and helpful vibe. If you have a Subaru this is the place to go! Very knowledgeable and working to help you out.
I have taken various vehicles to Ryan over the last 3 years, I can tell you that he and his shop are committed to the customer. Ryan does not overcharge, very reasonable pricing, he gets you in quick, he does 100% guaranteed work, he communicates very well throughout the entire process, and a few times he has even transported my vehicle to and from his shop back to my house. They don't make them like this anymore folks. I wouldn't trust any other shop as much as I trust Ryan's.
I want to leave this review to say that me and Ryan at Carter's mechanic shop had a miscommunication with the daily hustle and bustle of Life plus I was put in the hospital a few times in the past year but at the end of the day Ryan made everything right with me he waived all my storage fees for storing my truck on his property for a year he took care of everything he made me a key for my truck and he even paid the tow company to tow it back to my house so thank you Ryan for going above and beyond to make things right .
