dropped off a few chains, 5 rings, and a bunch of gold pendants for assessment and possible trade for a chain. They assessed my gold to be 66.26g which they deemed to be a credit of $1258.94. I will never again consider doing business with them and will advise everybody I know to avoid their establishment.
I had my ring sized. They were kind and courteous.
Be extremely careful leaving jewelry with them for a quote. My mom gave me her old wedding ring, and I took it here for an estimate to get it remade into a more modern style. I was told I couldn't get an estimate without leaving it with them, but I was assured they would not do anything until I had an estimate and gave the ok. I went to get my seconds done and they pierced the wrong spot, the jewelry was hanging off the bottom of my ear lobe. she acted like she didn’t do anything wrong and when I asked for a refund she denied it. don’t go here.
