I took my watch in to get the crystal replaced as it was badly scratched. They polished it and tried telling me they replaced it, I could clearly see the big scratch that was still in it.
I brought a ring in to have a diamond replaced and was really pleased with the whole process, from the free quote to pickup. I appreciated being able to choose between a natural diamond and a lab diamond, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable when explaining the pros and cons of each. They also found two other clasps that needed repair, and provided a buffing and cleaning service. Horrible experience. It was right before Christmas I went in to purchase a gift for someone. The lady helping us seemed very uninterested in her job and very rude no hello nothing when we walked in. Well viewing items we weren't aloud to compare them side by side, she was assuming we couldn't afford the 700$ item we were looking at saying "oh you know this one is 700$ right" even with her horrible customer service I still purchased a 800$ item and she was even worse at the checkout with her comments. I have bought from them many times always good prices good service I will keep going back too the smithers store
dropped off a few chains, 5 rings, and a bunch of gold pendants for assessment and possible trade for a chain. They assessed my gold to be 66.26g which they deemed to be a credit of $1258.94. I will never again consider doing business with them and will advise everybody I know to avoid their establishment.
