Me and my son went in there for a Mother's Day necklace. The lady there was extremely helpful They let my kid look at a variety of different necklaces, and the customer service was outstanding.
I have taken my wedding and engagement ring to Carters twice now, and let me say "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." The first instance was near the end of 2024, when I asked for my rings to be sized and soldered together - it came back so horribly off centre, it was genuinely a joke. The rings are family heirlooms so I was really upset. They left half of the work I requested out of the notes, and it had to be sent back TWICE to the jeweler. First time visiting today. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Prices were great. I’m very impressed that we have a store like this in the north.
Dropped a ring off in November for modifications, it was sent off, never heard anything until January. Takes weeks for email responses. When I call and ask for updates they never return a call with any information. Still waiting...
Very friendly staff. Went in kinda knowing what I was after and they showed me everything they had with what I wanted. In and out with my purchase in about 10 min. Will definitely be going back.
