Kendra was so helpful with replacing my watch battery and giving me some helpful tips and keeping it in good shape The rest of the staff is also so kind and professional. Great experience today at Carters and will definitely shop here in the future!

People working there seem nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they blast opera music from their speakers all weekend and even evenings, and the sound carries for 2 blocks. I will make my purchases elsewhere in the future

I went in to get a new watch band and battery for my watch and a beautiful and very competent woman did it in less than 10 minutes, thank you! Terrace isn't known for good service overall but my experience here was nothing less than super good 😊😊😊

They play the SAME song on loud speakers into the street, on repeat, all night and into the daytime. We did not find this pleasant, and would request that you add some variety to the playlist. As much as I love the sopranos, perhaps include some Domingo or Kaufmann, for example. Despite the repeats, we still camped right on your front door step, as my s.o. has tinnitus and the opera helped with that.

Your hostile opera music blasting is not only irrational, but also morally repugnant and detrimental to all of society. Also , it gives me anxiety every time I’m downtown. I am a home owner and business owner in terrace and would like to feel welcome downtown as much as the next guy. Please turn it off.
