Zack and Alex were awesome. They got my air working at a very reasonable price and it was same day service.
Our a/c quit working today, late in the afternoon on one of the hottest days so far this summer. We are fairly new to this area and did not know who to call. After googling companies, I settled on Carter’s. Judging by their reviews, they have a great reputation. Their serviceman, Zack, told me it would be after 5:00 before they can get here and the after hours service charge would apply. I asked them to please come.
