2 men arrived and had no idea what they were doing. After about an hour they decided to take apart the entire fireplace insert and lay it out on my floors and rug. They took apart the wires and logs. Finally decided they couldn't fix it and just laid all the wires and logs in the insert. Couldn't even get the logs back on the grate. It took me an hour to steam clean the soot out of my rug and mopped my floor 3 times. Now we have to pay their bill plus hire someone to fix their mess and buy an entirely new insert since they t... read more
