We placed an order to get window screens for our entire home. They came measured all windows took payment and advised us they should be installed on Monday. Monday came and went so we called on Wednesday since we hadn't heard from them. They advised us they should have them ready by Friday. It is Sunday they never came , nor once again did we receive a call. If we ever get our screens I will update this, but for now I am a very upset customer. Poor customer service is all I have received.
