Fast friendly service and no job too small. They have done a few windshields for me and did a great job. I love that they are a local company and not a big corporation with big prices. Thanks for the Coca Cola too.
Sadly, I trusted the good reviews of this place, called in, and didn't end up making an appointment. Whoever answered the call, was very rude, unwelcoming and sounded as though she didn't want to take another appointment and/or hated her job. When I asked for a manager or supervisor, she said she was the manager for that store. She knew the way she was approaching things was unprofessional, so she wouldn't give me a name. I'm not happy with the window that I bought from Carter Glass. The window is low quality, and the workmanship is poor. But the real problem is that Carter Glass doesn't honor its warranty. They told me they would warranty the window, but when I called them about a problem, they said they don't warranty it.
Totally awesome place! And some cool vintage items on sale! I had a small round 6” mirror that our child broke and this shop was able to cut a new one without the extra fees and “circular cut charge 70$ that another prominent paint and glass place wanted to charge. Piece that was cut to my measurements were even sanded on edges as an added nice touch that wasn’t charged for. Just a descent thing that could made it that much nicer to mount in a frame without risking getting cut
