I was sending a bouquet to my aunt for her 80 th bday. I had to call several times to modify my order, and they never once acted put out with me. Then when it came time to deliver they went above and beyond to get the arrangement to her in below freezing weather. Turned out her party was out of town that's why it took so many times to get them to her, and they never acted angry or upset about the whole mix up. My aunt got her flowers and she loves them.
