I was looking for a new Primary Care and found Beverly Carter. She has been very attentive with all medical needs. Very easy to get an appointment, RX refills and the initial online registration was also very easy. Beverly and her staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful when I contact them.
My first impression, as a new patient, started with the ease of the website; scheduling online; follow-up phone call; and the intake forms: all completed & submitted from home. My second impression was just as wonderful as my first - from the moment I entered the office - the reception was very welcoming, helpful, kind & efficient. Moments later, I met with Beverly Carter, NP and once again felt instantly at ease establishing her as my primary health provider. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful to have found her!
Online booking was a breeze and Beverly was very friendly and professional. She explained procedures thoroughly and I genuinely felt that I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend!
Beverly is amazing. She helped me with my chronic pain from TMJ and did an amazing job plumping my lips.
Carters family practice and wellness was a great experience for me! Efficient and knowledgeable! Answered questions I had, and your always able to just call and ask a question and everyone is willing to help!
